Day Hospitality (DH) represents owners, designers, developers, lenders, and other capital partners within the hotel, marina, resort, and restaurant space.

DH was founded in 2018, in response to an ever increasing demand for private capital in underserved real estate markets particularly within the hospitality space. DH has core relationships with family offices, private debt/equity funds, institutional and sovereign funds, in addition too pension and lifeco platforms.

Previously Mr. Day worked in Investment Banking in Los Angeles where he focused on Real Estate and Hospitality,  as part of their deal origination and client services team.

At the helm, Mr. Day is responsible for the company’s vision and strategic direction both domestically and internationally as well as client development and investor relations on behalf of DH, its associates, clients, and affiliates. DH is uniquely positioned to assist clients across the entire hospitality spectrum.
